Dr. Mohd Mbarouk

Mohamed Mbarouk Suleiman hold a PhD in Education focus on curriculum and Instruction graduate from the University of Leeds, West York Shire UK. I also possess a Master of Education specialised in teacher education with special focus on Mathematics and science from Aga Khan University, Institute of Educational Development, Eastern Africa at Dar es Salaam in Tanzania. I also graduated in BSc with Education specialised in Physics and Mathematics from the University College of Education, Zanzibar (UCEZA). Involved on educational matters including teaching at various level in the Tanzanian educational system. He is Senior Researcher Coordination Officer of Tanzania Commission for Science and Technology (COSTECH); a Tanzania advisory institution for research, technology and innovation. I also work as an educational consultant at Zanzibar Business and Academic Consultancy (ZABACCO) in Zanzibar, served as a Teachers’ trainer at Klerruu Teachers’ College, train both diploma and certificate teacher trainees for about 12 years. I have also worked as a secondary Physics and mathematics teacher for about eight years at several school in Tanzania. Dr. Haruna Issa Athuman: is a Procurement Expert with over twenty (20) years’ experience in procurement management, contract management, procurement audit and management consulting. He has an in-depth knowledge of national and international procurement policies for government and donor-funded projects, such as the African Development Bank, the World Bank and USAID Procurement Guidelines. He is a consultant in Public Procurement and supply chain management. He is also a Trainer/Lecturer and has an excellent understanding of the laws and regulations pertaining to public procurement. He has been a leader in a number of consultancies for developing and guiding implementation of corporate strategic plans, procurement and stores manuals. As Lecturer, practitioner and consultant in procurement and supply chain management, he has a strong knowledge of procurement management in general. Dr. Doglas Mmasi: Dr. Alfred Sebahene: PhD-Theological Ethics majoring in Anti-Corruption Studies - Stellenbosch University, (2011-2015); Master of Arts - Pastoral and Theological Studies – Focus: Modern Social Political Thought- Middlesex University, United Kingdom, (1997-1999); Bachelor of Arts with Honours, Pastoral and Theological Studies - Middlesex University, United Kingdom, (1995-1997) For over 15 years Dr. Alfred Sebahene has been a lecturer, researcher and consultant at St John’s University of Tanzania in Dodoma. He is the founder, leader and currently serving as coordinator for Unit for the Study of Corruption in the institute of development studies. Alfred’s doctorate is in Theology Focusing on Public Life Ethics and Anti-Corruption Studies awarded from Stellenbosch University in the Republic of South Africa. His recently published PhD study, is on the dynamic link between Corruption and Injustice - a reflection on the role of FBOs, Christian churches, their institutions and faith as a new and potential avenue of inquiry in addressing the harsh realities of corruption and injustice in public domain in Tanzania.
