is a Procurement Expert with over twenty (20) years’ experience in procurement management, contract management, procurement audit and management consulting. He has an in-depth knowledge of national and international procurement policies for government and donor-funded projects, such as the African Development Bank, the World Bank and USAID Procurement Guidelines. He is a consultant in Public Procurement and supply chain management. He is also a Trainer/Lecturer and has an excellent understanding of the laws and regulations pertaining to public procurement. He has been a leader in a number of consultancies for developing and guiding implementation of corporate strategic plans, procurement and stores manuals. As Lecturer, practitioner and consultant in procurement and supply chain management, he has a strong knowledge of procurement management in general.
