Course Overview
The course on “Fiscal Impact Management in PPP Projects and Programs” covers the identification, valuation, quantification, control (from the perspective of aggregate fiscal exposure of the portfolio), budgeting and reporting of the fiscal obligations of PPPs, both direct or firm and contingent obligations.
The course is designed from the perspective of the governing body of the management of the fiscal impact of a country, without prejudice to its value for the contracting entities as they are the ones obliged to submit projects
to fiscal evaluation and manage them in all their facet
