Study tour

Participants will have the unique opportunity to visit the Atal Setu Bridge, India’s longest sea link toll bridge, which spans 21.8 km and was constructed over 65 months at a cost of USD 2.2 billion. This tour will provide insights into the complexities and challenges of large-scale infrastructure projects.

Eng. S.J. Chavda Has over 40 years’ experience in construction sector, having overseen, personally, over 300 projects. He has Adjudicated or acted as Arbitrator for numerous disputes; he has also facilitated several Amicable Settlements through Mediation at an early stage of arbitral proceedings.

  • Ascertaining for which related matter having a criminal content or criminal allegation can an Arbitrator have jurisdiction.
  • Utmost clarity and certainty in an Award
  • Registration of an arbitral Award under Arbitration Act, 2000 to secure a Court Decree
