1. Possess Master of Business Administration (Exeter University, UK, 1992); Bachelor of Commerce degree, Major in Marketing, (University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, 1988) and Diploma in Business Administration, Major in Marketing (CBE, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania 1982). Mr. Shem Koheleth Gamba is an experienced and passionate specialist in Management, Marketing, Selling, Service Quality, Human Resource Management, Leadership, and Strategic Planning with a wide track record as an academic and practitioner who was an employee of the Institute of Finance Management (IFM), a higher learning Institution based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania for 26 years and reached compulsory retirement on 24th May 2014 while occupying the positions of Lecturer and Director of Policy and Planning. Mr. Gamba is also credited with commendable experience in consultancy, research, design and facilitation of seminars and workshops as well as academic publications.
