COURSE OVERVIEW
The construction industry is a key driver of economic development, responsible for delivering infrastructure and facilities essential to societal growth. However, the success of any construction project depends on a structured and well-managed delivery system. This course, “Construction Projects Delivery Management,” is designed to provide a systematic approach to managing projects from inception to contract award, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
Many construction projects fail due to inadequate planning, financial mismanagement, poor design decisions, or ineffective procurement processes. This course addresses these challenges by equipping professionals with essential skills in project initiation, feasibility analysis, financial planning, design development, consultant selection, procurement strategies, and contract management. By implementing best practices, project stakeholders can optimize resources, mitigate risks, and deliver projects successfully within scope, time, and budget constraints.
By attending this program, professionals will not only enhance their understanding of construction project delivery systems but also develop the ability to make informed, strategic decisions that contribute to the successful execution of projects.
